Lounge

The spacious lounge with panoramic views out to sea and across to Huntcliffe, allows you to sit in the window and just watch the world go past, as you drift back to the days of old and imagine the Victorians, promenading on the front, oh don't forget the cup of tea.

In Summer just push the window up, breath  in the fresh sea air and listen to the band gently playing in the bandstand just down the road.

Main Bedroom

Once you lie on the King Size bed and appreciate this soothing and expansive  bedroom, you will not want to move. The morning sunlight sneaks through the windows and awakens you to another day of experiences.

With a Television and DVD player a remote control away, you can also relax with a cup of tea and a film, whilst others watch Coronation Street  in the lounge.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom consists of a single bed with a pull out single bed, allowing two people to sleep comfortably.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom consists of a high quality bunk bed. The lower bunk drops out to form a three quarter bed, allowing two people to sleep in peace.

Kitchen

The kitchen will make you feel home from home, a six ring hob, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and even a kettle allow you to conjure up anything that my take your fancy and not leave you wishing you were back home in a real kitchen. Plus views out to see as you read your paper at the breakfast bar.

Bathroom

After a day surfing or walking on the Cleveland Way a hot shower is called for and the bathroom offers all that you will require as you freshen yourself up for the night ahead, before you visit one of the local bars or restaurants, or just eat in.

Dining Area

Sometimes you just don't want to go out, well a six seater table allows yourself and friends to sit down and have a nice meal before retiring to the lounge for earnest conversation or just to watch a good film.
